Shipping FAQ's

1. What shipping is included in my order?

All orders we ship standard ground shipping unless otherwise notified by the customer. We will ship your products from the closest location with available inventory to your chosen destination to ensure a timely shipment. 

2. Can I have my order shipped next day air?

Yes, please call us for a quote on it and we will make sure your order is shipped out next day air, overnight, etc.

3. Can I purchase a product and pick it up from one of the locations your inventory feed is showing?

Yes, our website has been optimized to show real time inventory of products in locations across the United States. All that is needed to be done is to purchase the item from the location you would like to pick up from and notify us either by phone or email to allow us to make your product(s) ready for you to pick up.

4. I haven’t received my tracking number yet?

All orders are processed Monday thru Friday but are not processed on weekends or holidays. If a customer places an order over the weekend their order will be processed first thing Monday morning and ship out that same day
